Help ECCHA Rock The Riverfront on Saturday, June 22

Get ready to “Rock the Riverfront” featuring RCU’s Charity Classic, benefiting the Eau Claire County Humane Association (ECCHA)

The RCU Foundation’s Rock the Riverfront featuring the Charity Classic will take over the scenic riverfront views of downtown Eau Claire on Saturday, June 22, 2024. In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Charity Classic, Royal Credit Union (RCU) will be donating $30,000 to benefit three animal rescue organizations, including the Eau Claire County Humane Association.

With something for everyone, you can run or walk one of the Chippewa Valley’s most beautiful 10K or 2-mile routes. An event for the whole family, kids can also participate in a ½ mile or ¼ mile race. In addition to the race, you can enjoy family games, food trucks, and more. Bring your dogs too, as long as they are well-behaved, socialized, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

But, we need your help!

The RCU Foundation’s $30,000 donation will benefit three animal rescues in the area (ECCHA, Chippewa Humane, and Dunn County Humane Society), but YOU get to choose the big winner! Each race registration will receive one vote, and additional votes can be purchased to help the charity of your choice win the big prize. You do not have to participate in the race to purchase votes!

• First place will receive $15,000
• Second place will receive $10,000
• Third place will receive $5,000

(Early registration ensures you get your preferred race slot and a t-shirt.)

Volunteer: Not a runner? No problem! Volunteers are always needed to help with everything from handing out water to cheering on participants. It’s a great way to be part of the event and support the cause.

Spread the Word: Share the event with your friends and family. The more votes we receive, the more homeless pets we can help!

Donate: Even if you can’t participate in the event, you can still make a difference. Consider signing up to vote for ECCHA, or make a donation directly.
