ECCHA Announces Internal Promotion to Customer Care Supervisor
ECCHA Welcomes Eric as New Customer Care Supervisor
Eau Claire, WI | 7/10/24 – Eau Claire County Humane Association (ECCHA) is delighted to announce the promotion of Eric VandenHeuvel to the position of Customer Care Supervisor. In this new role, Eric will oversee the daily operations of the customer care team, ensuring exceptional service and support for all visitors and adopters that come through the shelter.
Eric has been part of the ECCHA family for 2 years, both as an employee and foster. Eric started with ECCHA in 2022 and took a short leave as an employee but continued to work closely with us as a dedicated, long-term cat foster. Eric started back at ECCHA again earlier this year as an adoption coordinator. Eric has demonstrated remarkable dedication and passion for animal welfare; their outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and compassionate approach to customer service have made them a standout team member and a trusted advocate for ECCHA’s mission.
“We are thrilled to promote Eric to Customer Care Supervisor,” said Shelley Janke, Executive Director of ECCHA. “Eric has served as a foster, animal caretaker, and adoption coordinator making them a great fit to continue in a leadership role within ECCHA, as they know how the shelter operates at every level. We are confident that in this new role, Eric will continue to enhance our customer care and support our mission to provide loving homes for every animal.”
