What is Fido & Friends 5K?

The Fido & Friends 5K is a yearly fundraising event where pets and their humans can team up to make a difference. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or somewhere in between, this event is for you. It’s a celebration of the special bond we share with our four-legged companions, all while supporting the Eau Claire County Humane Association (ECCHA).

How Can You Get Involved?

Participating in the Fido & Friends 5K is easy! Simply register online, then invite your friends, family, and coworkers to join your team or donate to the cause. Don’t forget — this is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year! We cannot do it without your generous help.

When is the 5K?

Date: Saturday, May 18th
Location: Carson Park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Time: Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. with the race starting at 8:30 a.m.
Registration Fee: $35 per participant (register early to ensure you get a shirt)! Kids 12 and under are free! Purchase a kids’ tee in the storefront.
Additional Information: Participants are encouraged to bring their leashed pets, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and come prepared for a fun day.
