2026 Annual Meeting Notice
Eau Claire Community Humane Association Annual Meeting
The Eau Claire Community Humane Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM Central Time via Zoom.
All members of the Association are welcome and encouraged to attend.
To be a member, all you have to do is make a donation. Not a member yet? Follow this link, make a donation to the “ECCHA Membership” fund, and register for the meeting!
Meeting Agenda
1. Review and Approval of the 2025 Financial Reports
Members will review and vote on the approval of the Eau Claire Community Humane Association’s 2025 Financial Reports.
2. Election of Executive Team – Board of Directors
Members will vote on the following Executive Team positions:
- Jen Severin – President
- Kevin Renley – Vice President
- Shelley Scott – Secretary
- Heidi Conner – Treasurer
3. Approval of New Board Members
Three new members will be presented for approval to serve three-year terms on the Eau Claire Community Humane Association Board of Directors:
- Dr. Kevin Landorf – Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital
- Keith Caldwell – All-Paws Pet Wash
- Andrew Haselwander – Old National Bank
4. Bylaw Amendment – Official Organization Name
Members will vote to formally update the organization’s bylaws to reflect the current name, Eau Claire Community Humane Association.
The most recent revision of the bylaws, completed in 2023, did not reflect the organization’s name change from the Eau Claire County Humane Association to the Eau Claire Community Humane Association.
There are no other proposed changes to the bylaws. The amendment is solely to update the organization’s official name.
