We do allow cats and dogs at most of our rental locations. There is no weight restriction on the dogs or cats however there is a few breeds we don't allow.

Allows cats in all properties. Dogs are allowed in his houses, but not apartments.

LEA Properties, LLC. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin allows dogs and cats at their rentals, with a separate security deposit for the animal, and additional rent per month per animal. We limit the number of pets to 2 per unit. We allow small, caged animals, birds, and fish also with a separate security deposit and additional rent per month per animal (fish have separate exclusions, based on tank size).
